Shipping & returns
We are shipping daily - your order will be shipped either same or next day. We charge a flat rate of $5 within Australia, with free shipping on orders over $49*
*We reserve the right to not ship an item for free or flat rate postage if it is too large to reasonably do so. In most cases, this exception is for very large or bulky items and will be indicated in the product description. If you purchase an item that requires extra postage costs and you do not wish to go ahead with this, your purchase will be refunded in full.
We will choose the best shipping provider at the time of packing - we regularly ship with Australia Post, Fastway and Sendle. Please allow adequate time for your order to arrive (remember - Tasmania is a long way from rural Queensland!).
Australia Post as well as some courier companies are experiencing delays due to COVID-19 (however we have not encountered any delays shipping within Tasmania).
Returns Policy -
Please choose your items carefully - and if you are unsure about anything, please get in touch prior to purchasing and we can answer your questions or email more photos! We are unable to provide refunds or exchange for change of mind or if they don't fit.
Refunds can only be accepted if your goods are faulty, damaged on arrival, or in accordance with ACCC guidelines. Please email us straight away at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any issues with your purchase.
Sales and discounts: If you purchase something for a sale price or using a discount code, this is a final sale that cannot be returned for refund or exchange.
